About MEET
Established in 2004, MEET (the middle east entrepreneurs of tomorrow) is an educational excellence NGO that harnesses the power of technology and entrepreneurship to create an active network of young Palestinian and Israeli leaders who share a common professional language and capacity for joint action. In partnership with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), MEET delivers intensive technology, entrepreneurship, and leadership education programs that provide the tools and opportunities necessary to effect economic, social, and political change across the region.
Position Description
The Data and Information Specialist leads data collection, measurement, evaluation, and technological capacity building processes at MEET. They guide and manage the use of data in MEET, while helping the Leadership Team analyze, learn, and refine strategies.
They also play a key role in using result-thinking tools (e.g. OKRs) to formulate the organization’s various programs’ goals and to derive correct metrics and key results for monitoring them.

Hybrid: combination of remote work and office-based work in Jerusalem
Reporting to MEET CEO
Responsibilities
Evaluation
Track and manage MEET’s evaluation process across various educational programs
Work with educational, compliance, and development teams on success indicators and questionnaires/surveys
Manage external evaluations
Present measurement and evaluation findings and enhance organizational learning
Provide support and technical assistance to all teams across the organization
Data
Map and come up with solutions to the growing data management needs in the organization
Manage, develop and upgrade MEET’s information systems including Salesforce, Dropbox, GoogleDrive and their extensions such as FormTitan and more
Create and enforce data management conventions and policies
Train users in proper data management and controls
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Manage data collection, analysis and storage for various MEET programs and teams
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce, required
Advanced level and fluency in English, required
Experience in measurement and evaluation or education in a relevant field
Experience in researching and implementing new data tools, including AI, an advantage
Creative problem solver
Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to work independently and with a team
Capable of working with different teams on various projects
